When a problem needs more than a quick answer, the Deep Dive Session gives us the time to properly work through it together. This is a 2-hour focused working session designed for more complex challenges such as reviewing automation, troubleshooting production issues, or designing a solution. We work directly on the problem during the session so you leave with real progress and clear next steps.
How It Works
1. Book and Pay
Choose a time that works for you using the calendar. Payment of £300 is made securely through Stripe when you confirm the booking.
2. Share the Details
When booking, you will be asked to provide some background on what you would like to work on. This helps me review the situation before the session.
3. Join the Session
At the scheduled time, we will meet on Microsoft Teams. The meeting link will be included in your confirmation email.
4. Work Through the Problem
During the two-hour session we will review your setup, troubleshoot issues, explore solutions, or design an approach together using screen sharing.
5. Recording and Next Steps
The session will be recorded and shared with you afterwards. You will also leave with a clear set of recommendations or next steps.

Can we work directly in my environment?
Yes. Screen sharing allows us to review your setup, flows, automations, or campaigns together during the session.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
It helps if you can describe the issue or goal when booking and have access to the relevant systems during the session.
What if the issue requires more work after the session?
If additional work is needed, we can discuss further consulting support or additional sessions.
Will I receive a recording of the session?
Yes. The full session will be recorded and shared with you afterwards so you can revisit the discussion and recommendations.
Can I reschedule if needed?
Yes. Your confirmation email will include a link that allows you to reschedule or cancel the booking. Please cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice where possible.
