The Quick Help Session is a focused 30-minute consulting call designed to solve one small problem quickly. Whether you’re stuck on something in the Power Platform, need a second opinion, or want help troubleshooting an issue, this session is designed to get you moving again without committing to a larger engagement.

How It Works

1. Book and Pay

Choose a time that works for you and complete the booking. Payment of £80 is made securely through Stripe when you confirm your slot.

2. Tell Me Your Question

When booking, you will be asked to briefly describe the issue you need help with. This allows me to review the problem in advance and make the most of the session.

3. Join the Session

At the scheduled time, we will meet on Microsoft Teams. You will receive the meeting link in your confirmation email.

4. Solve the Problem

During the 30 minutes we will focus on your specific issue. This might include troubleshooting, reviewing your setup, explaining how something works, or showing you the best way to approach a task.

5. Recording Provided

The session will be recorded and the recording will be shared with you afterwards so you can revisit the solution whenever you need.

What kind of problems is this session best for?
Small, clearly defined questions such as troubleshooting an issue, reviewing a workflow, understanding how a feature works, or getting guidance on the best approach to a task.

What if my problem turns out to be more complex?
If it becomes clear that the issue requires more time or a larger piece of work, we can discuss next steps after the session.

Do I need to prepare anything?
It helps if you can briefly explain the problem when booking and have any relevant systems, screenshots, or examples ready during the call.

Can we look directly at my environment?
Yes. Screen sharing during the Teams session makes it easy to walk through the problem together.

Will I receive a recording?
Yes. The session will be recorded and a copy will be shared with you after the call.

Can I reschedule if I need to?
Yes. Your confirmation email will include link that allows you to reschedule or cancel the booking. Please cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice where possible.
